Welcome to the Billingham Family Hub where you can access advice and support on a wide range of services. The Family Hub provides a range of weekly and monthly events, activities and groups for you and your family to enjoy.

The Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) is provided by Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust (TEWV). The service works with children, young people, and their families up to the age of 18 years old who are experiencing mental health problems / complex emotional and behavioural difficulties, offering assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. <SEND>

Call the Carers Direct helpline if you need help with your caring role and want to talk to someone about what options are available to you. The helpline advisors can give you information to help you make decisions about your personal support needs and the needs of the person you're looking after.

DWP Universal Credit

Depending on the circumstances of you and your family, you may be able to get help with health costs.

The National Youth Advocacy Service (NYAS) is a rights based charity which operates across England and Wales for children, young people and adults. <SEND>

Parkfield Hall is a temporary accommodation project providing supported housing services to young people leaving care, homeless or looked after. Young people can stay up to 2 years. <SEND>

Primary Care Services provide the first point of contact in the healthcare system, acting as the 'front door' of the NHS. Primary Care Services includes general practice, practice nurses, community pharmacy, dental, and optometry (eye health) services. <SEND>

Sexual Health Teesside offers all forms of contraception and sexual health services including as well as specialised care. We provide free and confidential sexual health services in Teesside including information and advice on all types of contraception and STI testing and treatment. Our service is confidential, non-judgmental and for people of all ages, genders and orientations. <SEND>
