The access card works like a disability passport. It uses symbols to make it clear to highlight the barriers you face and the reasonable adjustments you might need depending on your disability. <SEND>

This is a Government grant available to support adults with disabilities or long term health conditions get into and stay in work. <SEND>

M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) is a chronic long-term, fluctuating, neurological condition that causes symptoms including debilitating pain, fatigue and a range of other symptoms. <SEND>

Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) was established in 1971 (20 January) by the Royal College of Physicians. It is a campaigning public health charity that works to eliminate the harm caused by tobacco. They do not attack smokers or condemn smoking. <SEND>
