Young At Heart is a friendship group for people with dementia and their carers to attend together.

The Books and Bakes Book Club runs every second Monday of the month from 1pm to 2:30pm at The Institute on Grays Road, Stockton-on-Tees. We welcome carers independent of the person with the memory problems or a dementia. So, if you feel that you would benefit from a peer support group ran by other carers please do come along, regardless of whether the person with the memory problem attends.
