We are running a chair-supported exercise group every Wednesday at 2pm, at The Institute on Grays Road, Stockton-on-Tees that you can come along to.

Places are strictly limited. Please call Alison Watson-Shields on 07590535448 to book your place.

We welcome carers independent of the person with the memory problems/dementia. So, if you feel that you would benefit from a peer support group ran by other carers please do come along, regardless of whether the person with the memory problem attends.
