Age UK Teesside - Walk and Talk Group
The walk and talk group is for people with dementia and their carers. The walk takes place at different locations each Monday and Thursday around the Stockton-on-Tees and the Tees Valley areas.
All will be welcome to join this group.
All walks are weather permitting. If you are unsure please call 01642 805500 for confirmation that the walk is going ahead.
There is an option to also attend Bowling Club Sessions on alternative Thursdays.
