The Zumba Gold dance class is a dance which includes social time. The class is designed for older people and can help with mobility, co-ordination and confidence.

You can join us every Friday at 10.30am, at The Institute on Grays Road, Stockton-on-Tees.

Places are strictly limited. Please call Alison Watson-Shields on 07590535448 to book your place.

We welcome carers independent of the person with the memory problems or a dementia. So, if you feel that you would benefit from a peer support group ran by other carers please do come along, regardless of whether the person with the memory problem attends.
