Cruse volunteers are trained in all types of bereavement and can help you make sense of how you are feeling.

Cruse offers two drop-ins a week at the Wellbeing Hub for Stockton-on-Tees residents.

Appointments can be made, but if you need support you can also walk-in without pre-booking.

The sessions are held on Thursdays, 9:30am to 1pm.
