In Our Shoes is a support and social group for people caring for someone living with dementia.
The group welcomes carers who are currently supporting someone, or who have previously cared for someone and would like to connect, talk and socialise with fellow carers.
The group is on every Tuesday at the cafe in John Whitehead from 10:30am to midday.
There's no need to book, just turn up.
