The LiveWell Hub
The dementia activity group offers a guided reminiscence of Stockton-on-Tees through the years using historic photographs to spark conversation.
The group is on every third Tuesday of the month, from 2pm to 3:30pm at the LiveWell Hub. It's suitable for people living with mild cognitive impairment or dementia. Carers welcome.
