The LiveWell Hub
The dementia activity group is an activity and social session for people with mild cognitive impairment or a dementia.
The group offers a range of activities to promote cognitive stimulation, creativity and physical activity, such as engaging socially with other group members.
The group is on Tuesdays from 2pm to 3:30pm and Fridays from 1pm to 2:30pm at the LiveWell Hub in Thornaby.
There's no need to book, just turn up.
