The LiveWell Hub
This sing and socialise session is aimed at people living with mild cognitive impairment or a dementia and their carers.
The group is on every first Tuesday of the month from 2pm to 3:30pm and every third Friday of the month from 1pm to 2:30pm the LiveWell Hub in Thornaby.
There's no need to book, just turn up.
