The Carers’ Hub is a one-stop resource hub for carers, bringing key information, advice and carers’ services into one, easily accessible place. The Carers' Hub provides carers with 24-hour online access, empowering carers by giving the right information they need and the choice about how they interact with the local authority.
If you are aged 18 or over and look after your partner, a relative or a friend who is ill or disabled, you are a carer, even if you may not think of yourself in that way.
If you register with us as a carer we can keep you updated with useful information and advice to support you in your caring role.
Find information and advice to help you in your caring role, for example; emotional support, finance and benefits, support groups and how to get help for the person you look after so that you can take a break for yourself.
Completing a carers assessment will help us to identify how being a carer impacts on your wellbeing and enable us to find services and support to help you in your caring role.
