SEND Co-production Parent/Carer Survey

Stockton on Tees Borough Council is working in partnership with Hartlepool and Stockton on Tees Clinical Commissioning Group, Stockton Parent Carer Forum, Catalyst and education providers to maintain and improve services for children and young people aged 0-25 years with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their parents, carers and families. We would like to understand how you feel we communicate, engage and co-produce with you as a parent or carer and have developed a short survey to do this. We would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete our confidential survey.

The survey closes on Friday 31 January 2020.
