Red Balloons aim to offer a safe place for those with mental health illnesses, those who care for those with mental health illnesses and anyone who is interested in improving their general wellbeing, through the power of physical activity, better nutritional knowledge and a helthier overall lifestyle.
We offer you an opportunity to discuss any concerns or worries, set personal goals in which we will work with you towards achieveing, as well as offering support and information using our own lived experience.
We are dedicated to helping the people of Teesside, and further afield, lead healthier and happier lives.

We offer a variety of support, including potential 1:1 opportunities and online. Please follow us on social media to become part of our online community.

We will be looking to expand and offer more group sessions in the near future, across the Tees Valley area, along with different days and times, in order to support as many people as needed.
We are available for local events to help spread the word of what we can offer. We are also open to do talks and sessions within workplaces and organistions, as well as work alongside fellow community groups, in order to assist with mental and physical wellbeing.
