Harbour is a Domestic Abuse Service which operates across Stockton, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool County Durham and North Tyneside.
In the Stockton area, the organisation offers an adult support service, a children's support service, refuge, a preventions programme and Group Programmes. The refuges are open to women and children fleeing domestic abuse.
Harbour is also a member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapists).

Harbour Stockton Refuge
Harbour's Stockton Refuge provides accommodation for women and children who have left an abusive partner. There are 7 self contained units, as well as a room to accommodate emergency overnight stays. The refuge can be accessed 24 hours a day and staff provide support and guidance to women and their children.
Harbour Domestic Abuse Services
Harbour's Adult Outreach Service provides telephone, one to one, and group support for men and women who have or are living with domestic abuse.
This service can arrange to meet clients at their home or somewhere else suitable.
Harbour Counselling Programme
Harbour’s counselling programme offers support to victims of sexual abuse or rape. Qualified counsellors work with males and females aged 18 and over on an individual or group basis.
Harbour Children and Young Persons Services
The Children and Young Peoples team works with children and young people aged 3 - 17 years who have or are living with domestic abuse or other chaotic lifestyles. Services include one to one support and group work. Harbour also works with young people in schools to promote healthy and respectful relationships.
