Tummy Ticklers Childcare Centre (Out of School)

Tummy Ticklers provides quality, affordable childcare to children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. We offer a drop-off and collection service to and from the local schools in and around the Billingham areas and have recently extended to the Stockton/Norton area. We offer a flexible booking in system to suit your needs. Children are collected from school in a safe and secure manner using a signing in/out forms and identification is used upon collection. Breakfast care offers breakfast for all children with a selection of cereals, spreads, fruit. There is a small activity placed out for children to be involved in before school. Afterschool care offers the same collection service with a light tea and several activities to be involved in. A 3 weeks menu is provided within our setting which has a varitey of healthy foods, choices made by the children. Activities include art & crafts, science experiments, messy play, team games and competitions. We've currently had a cabin situated on our land which has enabled us to extend our afterschool club, the cabin offers the opportunity for children to watch DVDs on a wide screen tv, play on the xbox, play on tablets, play board games or do crafts. We also have access to soft play within our nursery which children get to explore on reward days. Holiday care offers the same opportunities as afterschool club, throughout the day children are kept entertained with a variety of themed days held such as Disney day, sleepover day. Two/three cooking activities are offered to children to be involved in, We also do trips to local attractions throughout the 6weeks i.e. Beamish, Saltburn on the train, Eden Camp, Blue Reef aquarium, Stewarts park, Tweddle Farm.
