CALM - The Campaign Against Living Miserably

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK and the cause of 18 deaths every day.

Anyone can hit crisis point and CALM run a free confidential helpline and webchat from 5pm everyday for 7 hours and it is open 365 days a year.  If you need immediate help please call the emergency services on 999 or The Samaritans on 116 123.  We also support those who are bereaved through suicide throught the Support After Suicide Partnership (SASP).
