Virtual Stepping On - Young At Heart ULO
Young At Heart is a friendship group for people with dementia and their carers to attend together.
The team at Young At Heart ULO have been busy developing a virtual and telephone service whilst lockdown stops us from meeting face to face. Our virtual programme can be accessed through a web browser or using the Zoom app on a smartphone or tablet device.
Virtual Stepping On
A chair-supported exercise and active living class designed for older people. Join us on Zoom for our daily Stepping On Social falls prevention exercise class. The fun, easy to follow exercises to music will help you to feel fitter, stronger and more confident to get yourself out and about and carry out everyday tasks. We meet on Zoom Monday to Friday at 2pm for a short, 30-minute class.
For further information on how to join in please visit our website.

- Although the sessions are completely free to attend, ULO do ask that those who are willing and able to contribute to running costs make a voluntary donation, but this is completely optional as it is more important that people who need the service are able to access it regardless of finances.

We welcome carers independent of the person with the memory problems/dementia. So, if you feel that you would benefit from a peer support group ran by other carers please do come along, regardless of whether the person with the memory problem attends.
