Dementia Activity Group - Young At Heart ULO Thornaby
The Young at Heart Group supports and encourages people with dementia to take part in a range of activities that promote creativity, cognitive stimulation and physical activity, as well as engaging socially with other members of the group.
Join us on Tuesdays, 2:00pm to 3:30pm at The LiveWell Dementia Hub (Behind the Halcyon Centre), Thorntree Road, Thornaby, TS17 8AP.
£3 per person.
The dementia activity group runs alongside the 'In Our Shoes' Carers Support and Social Group.

We welcome carers independent of the person with the memory problems/dementia. So, if you feel that you would benefit from a peer support group ran by other carers please do come along, regardless of whether the person with the memory problem attends.
