The National Association for People Abused in Childhood - NAPAC

NAPAC (the National Association for People Abused in Childhood) offers support to adult survivors of all types of childhood abuse, including physical, sexual, emotional abuse or neglect.
If you are an adult who wants to talk about what you suffered in childhood, you can call our support line on 0808 801 0331. It is completely free from UK landlines or mobiles and it won't show on your telephone bill and is totally confidential. If a loved one has told you they suffered childhood abuse you need to talk to someone, you can call us too. You can also email us by using our online contact form.
We have some advice and perspectives about the things we are most frequently asked on our Common Concerns page. We also provide information, advice and training for those working with survivors.
