Young At Heart is a friendship group for people with dementia and their carers to attend together.
We are running a book club every first Monday of the month 1pm to 2.30pm at The Institute on Grays Road, Stockton-on-Tees.

We welcome carers independent of the person with the memory problems/dementia. So, if you feel that you would benefit from a peer support group ran by other carers please do come along, regardless of whether the person with the memory problem attends.
