Keep Moving Teesside! is a chair based yoga and exercise class, designed to improve mobility, flexibility, strength and aerobic fitness in a safe, inclusive way.

Not only are our classes great for improving fitness gently, they are social and fun!

You can join us every Friday, 1.30pm - 2.30pm at The Rings Community Hub, Ingleby Barwick.
