The Big White Wall

The Big White Wall is a free, online mental health support service for veterans and those currently serving, their families and carers. The Big White Wall (BWW) aims to reduce the stigma of mental ill health. The BWW can also be used by high education students through their universities and colleges, public and private sector employees, and you can also be referred to us through your healthcare provider.
At the heart of the BWW is its community of members, who support, help each other and share what’s troubling them in a safe and anonymous environment. The site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – no need to wait until morning, the next business day or for a doctors’ appointment. You can find support simply by logging on.
On the BWW you can:-
- Connect with others who are experiencing similar issues and share what's on your mind while gaining support and advice.
- Your anonymous username allows you to freely interact and communicate without fear of being judged.
- Design an artist expression of your thoughts and feelings through our "Bricks" feature. You can create from scratch, or simply upload images and words to express how you are feeling.
- Join 'Guided Support' courses to learn how to manage everything from depression and anxiety to weight-management.
