The service is made up of:
Health Visitors
Public Health Nurses (formerly known as School Nurses)
Junior Public Health Nurses (formerly known as Community Staff Nurses)
Healthy Child Practitioners (Nursery Nurses with additional training in child development and behaviour)
Family Action
Growing Well Growing Healthy
Administration Team

This service works together to promote the health, development and well being of children, young people and families in the Stockton area. We would welcome you to like our page and share with friends and family. We aim to provide you with information on all health services in the area and offer advice and support to you and your family.

Please note we are not manned 24 hours a day so if you have any urgent concerns about your child or you need health related advice please contact your GP/111 or in an emergency 999.
