The Adult Carers’ Support Service is available for Carers who are 18 years of age or above who care for another adult and who reside in the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees or live outside the Borough but the person they care for lives in Stockton-on-Tees.

The aim of the Carers' Support Service is to provide informal carers with information advice and signposting to ensure they are able to continue in their caring role.

We offer lots of different services and support including, the carers register, carers assessments, newsletters, peer support groups, carers emergency cards and the Time Out Service
