Bulls Wheelchair Rugby Club

Wheelchair Rugby is a wheelchair based sport for people with a disability affecting all 4 limbs. It is a growing sport which is developing every year as more and more people become associated with it.
The Bulls WRC was founded in 2002 by a group of people with spinal injuries, the club was originally the Newcastle Bulls but later adopted the North-East Bulls as players were joining from further afield.
The rules of Wheelchair Rugby can be confusing, it is a mix of many sports which creates a brutal game where full contact between chairs is permitted, but physical contact between players is not.
