People with a learning disability, autism or both can find it harder than others to give feedback, raise a concern or make a complaint. It is your right as a parent or carer to be able to do this. <SEND>
Giving feedback can help to improve the care and support your child and other people get.
Ask Listen Do is about any of the services or support you get from health care, social care or education.
