We hold three exercise sessions each Thursday from 10:00am to 11:00am, 12:00pm to 1:00pm and 1:30pm to 2:30pm leaving time for a cuppa and a chat and to make friends.
As well as our volunteers we have two trained personal trainers on hand to offer the best advice/encouragement for exercise. In the gym, we have all the latest exercise equipment along with several bespoke motorized machines. To assist with walking we have our own parallel bars.
We hold regular carpet bowls, raffles, blind cards, etc.
