The Lighthouse Drop-in Centre
The Lighthouse Drop-In Centre began its service in May 2003 but became reformed and modernized in January 2009.
It is the ONLY free, self referral, out of hours, open access, support and information service for those 16+ suffering emotional distress/mental health problems in the Stockton area.
Their friendly staff and volunteers are understanding and easy to get along with.
If you have a problem, and need to talk please do not hesitate to approach one of them. Remember you need not be alone in your struggles.
The support drop-in is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 1pm to 5pm
Café
A low cost café is open at the Lighthouse Drop-In Centre, from Sunday to Friday from 10am to 1:45pm, with surplus food items available at the counter from 50p.
