The Sue Stephenson Project
The Sue Stephenson Project is available to Children and Young People and their families where a main adult caregiver in the family has a chronic/debilitating long term physical health condition, such as Cancer, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis.
Our programme is facilitated by experienced Counsellors and promotes positive ways of managing the impact of long-term illness within a family. We provide therapeutic group work for children and young people. We also offer short term one-to-one counselling for those who do not feel comfortable in a group environment.
Referral can be made by a GP, Teacher or other Health or Social Care Professional/Agency involved with the family.
