Nature Time Childcare
Ofsted registered Day nursery in Stockton Town Centre <SEND>
At Nature Time Childcare, our ethos is one inspired by Reggio Emilia. We believe that children's learning is made up equally of 3 components: the child, the parents, and the practitioners. We put a lot of emphasis in our adaptable and ever evolving childcare environment, understanding that 'one size does not fit all'. Therefore, we embrace and entwine several approaches to early education into our practice. Such as forest school, curiosity, and natural learning. We believe in the importance of the settings' community and parent/carer relationships. Each member of staff has a strong passion for child development. As a team we continually embark on a journey alongside our children to adapt the environment, spark children's curiosity, discover new interests, and set new challenges to ensure that every child can reach their potential.

Nature Time is committed to the inclusion of all children. All children have the right to be cared for and educated to achieve the best possible outcomes alongside each other through positive experiences, to enable them to share opportunities and experiences and develop and learn together. Nature Time ensures that all children are treated fairly. We have an appointed Special Education Needs Co-ordinator who has knowledge of the Special Educational Needs and disability Code of Practice and the Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations. We can offer one to one support, SEN plans and assist with ECHP applications if necessary.
