New Walk CIC currently has 107 units of General Needs accommodation spread across Teesside, Country Durham, Hartlepool and Northumberland. Our accommodation ranges from studio bed flats to 3 bedroom houses.
We pride ourselves on our high quality accommodation and services which are affordable for people that may need them.
Although this accommodation isn't supported, we strive to engage with tenants to ensure that they are comfortable in their living situation and will signpost to relevant agencies where appropriate.
