My name is Jemma, a mother of three, Ofsted registered, and fully DBS checked. I bring over 13 years of experience in the education sector, working across all primary school year groups (EYFS to Year 6) and with children of varying abilities. I hold a BA (Hons) Level 4 in Supporting and Teaching EAL Learners, a CASHE Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, and I am Paediatric Infant & Child First Aid Level 3 trained. Having spent three years focused on Early Years education, I have developed a thorough understanding of the Early Years curriculum and learning goals. My aim is to create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel safe, secure, and valued as individuals. Through the use of Montessori-inspired methods and following the ethos of the Curiosity Approach, I strive to provide an environment that supports children's holistic development—physically, socially, and emotionally—within a home-like setting where they can truly thrive.
