Inspire Together is led and run by experienced Mental Health Nurses with a strong background in CAMHS and Early Intervention in Psychosis, spending the majority of the career working in community teams in NHS and working with Dual diagnosis team for drugs and alcohol services.
We work from a CHIME recovery Model and have a strong focus on relapse prevention work, crisis intervention and crisis response with a LOW arousal approach. At Inspire we recognise the crucial need for community support person centred approach which focuses on social inclusion and the Recover star model.
All staff have been trained in psychosocial interventions, low level DBT management, low level CBT approach skills, LOW AROUSAL, , Gender identity in children, Ligature face to face training, PACE training, Mental health act, Staff have experienced working with young people subject to DOLS in the community.
All staff have additionally received training around crisis intervention and crisis responses which highlights the need to prevent hospital admissions or repeat hospital admissions.
Additionally all staff are ARC trained which looks at the least restrictive approach to care, trauma informed care, managing behaviours that challenge and personal protection techniques.
All young people we support are given a clinical lead that over see's the staff and offers supervision, team meetings, training, resilience training, compassion fatigue training and clinical lead will liaise with social worker, health services, police etc.
The clinical lead will provide Philomenia protocol, PBS, care plan, risk assessments, About me, activities planner and food planners, the lead will research the area and support education, support activities to fill in the young person's time and promote relationships and social inclusion.

A weekly report will be produced and sent to social worker which will highlight PBS, activities, medication concordance, presentation, Mental state examination, Sleep hygiene, Nutritional support, social inclusion, education, hobbies, young persons wants wishes and feelings, overview of staff's thoughts on how the week has been, clinical lead impression, young persons self care and routine.
