North East Nursing and Care Services
We are an agency established in 2010 registered by CQC to provide homecare services to to a range of clients in their own home. <SEND>
We provide services to older persons, aged 65 and over, people with physical and learning disabilities, dementia care, mental illness, sensory impairment and younger adults.
We offer, personal care, including washing, dressing, bathing, toileting, domestic duties, housework and laundry.
Shopping, food preparation, social engagement, companionship, helping clients to engage with friends, hobbies and activities.
We also assist with health monitoring and medications.
Working along with clients and their families, we will fully assess individual needs and formulate a plan of care completely tailored to meet those needs, goals and wishes.
Our aim is to support you to live life your way , in your own home, whilst feeling enabled and empowered to maintain independence.
