The 3 O'clock Club Hardwick - Out of School
Ofsted registered Before and after school clubs in Hardwick <SEND>
We provide a high-quality, Ofsted-registered wraparound childcare service based at Hardwick Community Centre, offering after-school care for children aged 5-11. Our sessions run daily from 3:00pm to 6:00pm during term time, with school pick-ups included where required. We create a safe, structured, and engaging environment where children can relax after school, take part in fun activities, and socialise with their peers. Our provision includes a wide range of activities such as sports, arts and crafts, games, and free play, alongside a healthy snack each day. We focus on promoting physical activity, confidence, teamwork, and positive behaviour. All staff are DBS-checked, experienced in working with children, and trained in safeguarding to ensure the highest standards of care. We aim to support working families by providing reliable, flexible, and affordable childcare in the local community.

Inclusion information
Dietary needs:
Any dietary or religious requirements are catered for.
Wheelchair access:
Hardwick Community Centre is wheelchair accessible, with step-free access to the building and activity areas. Accessible toilet facilities are available on site. We will also work with parents/carers to make any reasonable adjustments needed to support full access for all children.
Languages:
English is the primary language spoken within the setting. We are inclusive of all families and will work with parents/carers to support children who speak additional languages where needed.
SEND provisions:
We are an inclusive setting and welcome children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We work closely with parents/carers to understand each child's individual needs and put appropriate support in place. This may include adapting activities, providing additional staff support where possible, and using clear routines and structured environments. All staff are trained in safeguarding and have experience supporting children with a range of needs. Where required, we will liaise with schools and other professionals to ensure consistency of care. If you want to level this up later, adding things like "named SENCo" or specific training (e.g. autism, ADHD) makes it even stronger for councils/Ofsted.
